Anxiety
When your thoughts run ahead of you.
Reflection
Anxiety asks you to live tomorrow twice. Scripture answers not with scolding but with an invitation: hand it over, one worry at a time, to a God who already cares. You are allowed to pray badly and still be heard.
“Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.”
