Loneliness
You are known
“O LORD, thou hast searched me, and known me. Thou knowest my downsitting and mine uprising.”
To be known is deeper than being noticed. Even in an empty room, you are read and remembered by the One who made you.
One practice
Tell God one thing nobody else knows about your week.
Prayer
Lord, loneliness is heavy today. Let me feel Your nearness.
